About Us

TestLink Services is one of the world’s leading independent ATM organisations. In business for over 28 years, we help hundreds of customers worldwide with their ATM needs, and have a proven history of helping our customers build better businesses and reduce the costs of their ATM ownership. We take pride in being able to help our customers lower the cost of their ATMs throughout their entire lifecycle - from purchasing, installing, maintaining and operation, to repair, engineer training, removal, storage and end of life decommissioning.

As an independent provider, we are able to provide managed ATM services for NCR, Wincor and Diebold ATMs without bias and without the need to compromise on quality.

What it’s like to work for us?

Our team are based across a wide variety of environments, small offices, large open-plan offices, warehouses, workshops, stores and even different countries. One thing they all have in common though is our open and friendly ways of working. The Senior Management Team are approachable and accessible, their doors are always open, and everyone is encouraged to share feedback and voice ideas. We even have dedicated ‘back to floor’ days where Directors frequently spend the day working in a particular part of the business.

We are a collaborative business and teams are encouraged to build strong working relationships. Each team gets a dedicated budget for a quarterly team event of their choosing, so we have the opportunity to relax and have fun together as well as work hard. We also get together to celebrate our successes as a whole company a couple of times a year, whether that’s a BBQ, a hike or the annual Festive Party.
