We are a growing manufacturing company based in Gateshead, with an ambitious plan to be one of the top three fabrication plants in the country. We have approx. 240 employees and have spent millions on new equipment in the last few years.What it’s like to work for us?
We now run on a four day week! We condensed our 38hr week across Monday-Thursday to give our employees a three day weekend. Job security is high on our agenda. We have a huge pool of customers, which means we're able to move our engineers onto other contracts, should one customer drop off.We offer up to £15 per hour for top metalworkers.
