Our Children's Complex Care team are a specialist arm of the company that delivers nurse-led care for those age 0-25 with complex care needs in Greater London and surrounding counties. This support ensures children and young people receive the best possible care within the comfort of their own home and in local communities.
Care is delivered by experienced Nurses and highly-skilled Healthcare Assistants and is tailored around each child, young person and their family.
Our holistic, person-centred approach ensures children and young people receive care that meets their needs, supports them to reach their goals and enables them to lead a happy and fulfilled life.
What it’s like to work for us?
Within our Children's Complex Care team, you will deliver care and support for vulnerable children and young people aged 0 – 25, that need help with everyday tasks. This is done in a one to one environment, usually their home or the local community, for a minimum of six hours at a time, meaning you'll get to know them and their family really well.
Our expert team teaches you everything you need to know about delivering great care through full training and ongoing support. This role is more than just a job, you’ll help put a smile on a child or young person’s face. From helping them to eat and dress, to ensuring they have fun at the park, no two days are the same!
