About Us

At Unique Care Group Ltd, we are committed to transforming young people’s lives and experiences, to support them to develop their personal, social and emotional well-being and to guide them in all aspects of their lives. We endeavour to achieve the best outcomes for each and every young person in an individualised and unique way. We are a growing and exciting provision which currently comprises a children’s residential home and separately registered special school for young people. Our provision meets the individual needs of young people with a wide range of neurodiverse conditions and learning disabilities, in line with any autistic spectrum condition (ASC) and co-occurring additional needs including ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety disorder, attachment conditions and emotional difficulties.

We are proud that both our home and school provision have been recently inspected as Ofsted "Good". We are looking for a range of nurturing, dedicated and dynamic people to help contribute to the growth of our provision and in turn, help shape the future of our company.
