About Us

Twelve Trees Home Care is part of the Twelve Trees group based in the Nether Edge area of Sheffield. We are proud to have been providing care for the elderly since 1994. Our Care Home is set is a quiet leafy area, where we also offer Respite and Day Care, with plenty of stimulating and interesting activities. Our Home Care business offers you anything from a 15-minute call to a 24-hour package to suit your individual needs in the comfort of your own home. All our staff are highly trained in delivering person-centred care for each client and both the Care Home and Home Care have “Good” CQC ratings.

What it’s like to work for us?

By becoming a member of our team, you’ll get-on-the-job training- you don’t need any qualifications to get started. All new employees will undergo a weeklong induction, where our very own training co-ordinator will teach you, the skills required for your new role.

The training doesn’t stop there! As a growing business there are opportunities for development and progression for those who are interested, including short, bespoke courses and diplomas in Health and Social Care.

A full enhanced DBS check is required for this role, which we will pay for. You will also be provided with your staff uniforms, ID badge and all other equipment at no cost to you. We also pay you for mileage, travel time between calls and breaks.
