About Us

The Stable Family Home Trust provides a range of services to support people with a learning disability to lead fulfilled and active lives.

We support people to be valued members within their local community, ensuring that they have opportunities for a good social life, support to make and maintain friendships and relationships and help to find meaningful occupation, learning and employment.

Services are based on flexible and personalised support for individuals – no two people supported by SFHT have the same service. We work very closely with family members, friends, other professionals and anyone else who is important to the person we support.

The support we provide is very rounded and holistic, supporting the whole person. We endeavour to ensure that the person’s mental, emotional and physical health is taken into account in all our services.
