About Us

The Rose Road Association is a registered charity whose aims are to enhance the lives of disabled children, adults and their families by providing a wide range of essential, information and support services across Hampshire and the surrounding counties.

What it’s like to work for us?

Ellie's Story - "The thing I enjoy most about my job is giving our young people opportunities to build friendships and access activities in their local area that they may not have known about otherwise. I love that no day is exactly the same, we support a great bunch of young people to have the full power of their own choices on what they want to do in their outreach session. There is a very positive culture for staff at Rose Road. We work as a team and support each other, we get good training and management support, and it’s a great social network."
