Founded in 2011, The B2W Group consists of Back2Work Complete Training and Just IT and together, they have trained and supported tens of thousands of people, making a positive difference in people’s lives and communities.

The B2W Group provide forward-thinking recruitment and training solutions made available through various streams of Government funding. Together, we strive to bring positive, measurable change to both the communities in which we operate and to the people within them.

The type of jobs we recruit for?

Our Pre-Employment training division provides courses in Construction, Customer Service, Express Logistics, Contact Centre, LGV/HGV Driving, Warehousing and more, with accredited qualifications for all who complete the courses, with support provided to secure interviews.

We work closely with large employers and Job Centres across the UK to give job seekers an effective and free service to support them into employment.

We also provide fully funded courses in Digital & IT skills, such as Networking & Cybersecurity, Digital Technologies, Social Media For E-Commerce and more.
