About Us

The Apollo Project is a programme designed to help individuals start careers in the health and social care sector.

Whether you are entirely new to the sector or are currently volunteering and wish to advance, Apollo is here to assist you in finding fulfilling work in this diverse and expanding field.

What it’s like to work for us?

Although we are not an employer, being part of the Apollo Project means you'll receive comprehensive support to begin your career in health and social care. Our programme offers completely free hands-on training through our Essential Skills in Care Course, personalised mentoring, and employment assistance to help you find fulfilling work in this rewarding field. You'll have access to free job support sessions every Thursday, where our mentors are ready to guide you through the job application process.

The type of jobs we recruit for?

While we don't directly recruit for jobs, the Apollo Project prepares you for a variety of roles in the health and social care sector. Our completely free Essential Skills in Care Course equips you with the knowledge and skills needed for positions such as care assistants, support workers, and other entry-level roles. We also provide personalised employment assistance at no cost to help you find the right job opportunities that match your skills and interests.
