What it’s like to work for us?

The Forensic Service offers you the exciting opportunity to work within the Secure Inpatient Service. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and creative Registered Nurses, Nursing Associates, Healthcare Assistants and administrators to join our team’s within Ridgeway Service at Roseberry Park Hospital.

The Forensic Service will provide you with access to relevant training opportunities in your workplace to support you in developing your knowledge, experience and skills. You will have the opportunity to make a significant positive impact on the delivery of care and improving patient wellbeing whilst being supported by a dedicated Multi-Disciplinary Team.

You will have the opportunity to provide a range of therapeutic activities to meet the educational, social and recreational needs of service users to enhance recovery. The Trust is committed in investing in its employee’s, offering a wide variety of professional and developmental opportunities.
