Synergy Promotions part of Globe Travel Retail are a Promotional Consultancy who specialise in providing staffing solutions for luxury global brands in the Airport Retail Space. We work across all major airports in the U.K & Ireland.

What it’s like to work for us?

This role will be self-employed. Self- employed roles offer the freedom to choose your own shift patterns, giving you the flexibility to design a schedule that suits your lifestyle. While weekend availability is required, we offer ongoing, year-round work with a variety of shift times to accommodate different preferences.

Our business operates 365 days a year, and as the role is based in an airport, shifts may start as early as 4am and run until 9pm, but with numerous shift options available within this window. We will work with you to find a schedule that fits, and we're looking for individuals who can commit to at least 30 hours per week with weekend flexibility. This is a great opportunity for those seeking a dynamic and flexible working environment!

This role requires candidates to be 18 years of age or older due to the nature of the working environment.

The type of jobs we recruit for?

As a Beauty, Fragrance or Liquor Consultant, you will provide personalised recommendations and expert advice on beauty, fragrance and liquor products to passengers. You will ensure an excellent customer experience by actively engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your role is crucial in driving sales, maintaining store presentation, and building lasting customer relationships.
