Sure Healthcare is a highly skilled provider within the healthcare and social care setting. We offer quality care to individuals or trusts as our main CQC registered activity, and also support other care providers such as residential and nursing homes.

At Sure Healthcare, it is our duty to make sure we have a team member available to support all our care packages, customers or service users at all times and it is our expectation that every hour of care we deliver in the community is of the highest possible quality. We want to ensure that our team are equipped with our superior training, and they feel confident in all aspects of their role.

It’s important to us that all team members are assigned roles that best fit their skillset. In order to do this, we offer our team members the opportunity to support additional services such as residential and nursing homes. Our strong relationship with these external parties allows our team to work flexibly whilst developing and maintaining their existing skills.

Our knowledgeable management team consists of enthusiastic, and time served individuals and it is our strong work ethic and team player mentality that has allowed us to build such great working relations with family members and NHS trusts or social workers alike. We believe care is a calling and not an occupation.
