About Us

Steps Ahead Care & Support was established in 2009 and was launched to be a care company with the right ethos for people. We have continued to evolve over the last 15 years, and have been rated Outstanding by CQC since 2015.

With continuous expansion, we now operate across England and provide specialist rehab-based support packages for individuals who have an acquired brain, spinal or other life changing injury.

We believe that every individual deserves an exceptional quality service, and are proud of our reputation for taking time to develop trusting relationships with each individual and their family, and taking the time to build a specialist support team around the clients support needs, wants and interests.

"I have worked for Steps Ahead for around four years and I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions I ever made. I get to support so many wonderful individuals in their rehabilitation and to promote their independence.
I have also been lucky enough to support clients on some once in a life time trips to Cyprus, Old Trafford and even an unforgettable two weeks in Florida.

Steps Ahead have given me so many opportunities to expand my skills in so many areas within the sector and I have been able to progress within the company and am working towards becoming a PBS Lead, which is always something that is important to me."

The type of jobs we recruit for?

We have a range of roles available, from Rehabilitation Support Workers and Assistants, to more office based roles such as a Recruitment Consultant, or Business Administration Apprentice.
