About Us

Southern Health provides a wide range of mental health, physical health and learning disability services for people across Hampshire. We have a team of 6,500 staff who work from over 300 sites.​​​​​​ We serve a population of around 1.5million people, with care available for every stage of their lives. Our aim is to work alongside the people we support and our health and care partners, to constantly improve and deliver the best possible care.

The type of jobs we recruit for?

We run a range of services including mental health services, physical health services, learning disabilities services, children and family services and specialist and forensic mental health services. Therefore, we recruit for a wide range of job roles including physios, cooks, nurse practitioners, health care support workers, GPs, skilled maintenance staff such as carpenters and plumbers and administrative workers to name a few.
