About Us

Established in 2016, Smart Gas Training, Assessment & Apprenticeship Centre is based in the market town of Ashbourne in Derbyshire. The centre has grown to become a leading and respected college that offers training for apprentices aiming to achieve their Level 3 Diploma in Gas Engineering. Further to this, the centre also offers a number of assessments and training including: ACS Domestic Gas Training & Assessment, Unvented Hot Water Training, Water Regulations Training and LPG Training.

Our personalised approach to teaching enables our students to complete their qualifications within a positive and enjoyable learning environment.

Located in Derbyshire, we are one of very few training providers in the county to offer the Level 3 Gas Engineering Operative Apprenticeship course.

We are in the perfect location for students to come and study with us, especially with being in close proximity to major cities including: Derby, Nottingham, Birmingham, Sheffield and Stoke-on-Trent.

We are looking to enrol apprentices on our Level 3 Gas Engineering Apprenticeship course as well as reaching out to employers who would like to employ an apprentice.
