About Us

SENAD Community deliver person centred support to enable people to live in their chosen community as independently as possible.

We offer support services to individuals with a range of complex needs, working closely with the service user, their family, social workers and health professionals. Our bespoke support plans are developed to meet the unique needs of the individual and recognise that service users have their own hopes, dreams and aspirations.

This includes (but is not limited to) one to one support for young people and adults who have:

Rehabilitation/support needs following life changing injury (post-operative or acquired brain injury)
Learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders and challenging behaviour including people within the criminal justice system)
Communication difficulties
Lack of social understanding
Physical disabilities and/or sensory impairment
Specialist health needs
Mental health needs

Our flexible and creative approach to care and support ensures we are successful in enabling people with the most complex needs to live more meaningful and fulfilled lives. We also ensure a continuity of care in line with the changing needs and goals of the service user.

SENAD Community Limited has a philosophy of operating in an open and transparent manner, involving service users in devising and implementing their individual support plans.
We create bespoke support plans and risk assessments are live documents that are regularly audited, reviewed and updated in line with “real time” changes and developments in the support provided.

Our staff are trained in line with mandatory regulations, as well as service user specific training, which enables staff to meet the specific needs of each individual.

Our aim is to provide an “outstanding” service but we recognise that things don’t always go to plan and in these cases we will endeavour to put things right as soon as we are aware of the issue and subsequently report incidents/concerns to the appropriate people/external agencies.

Overall we aim to meet our service users’ needs and aspirations and ensure they receive the high quality service.
