Covering both sites in Gloucester MRO/OEM

OEM -

Working with both our own designers and aircraft manufacturers, we ensure that the correct requirements are being designed into our landing gear equipment. Our department holds a wealth of expertise that covers all aircraft programmes; from electrical, hydraulic, safety, reliability, performance & dynamics, to requirements engineering and system architecture.

The average workday can range from performing analytical tasks such as fault tree analysis, Failure Modes & Effects (FMEA), reliability predictions and requirements engineering, to providing responses for in-service safety cases which offers an extensive insight into our product performance. Our systems engineers provide expert advice which allows early technical risk assessments on products, and they work to resolve any design issues anticipated to ensure successful deployment in service.

MRO

Life at the MRO site is fast-paced. At peak time, an overhauled piece of landing gear is delivered in excess of one per calendar day. We always ensure that each and every one of the components are assembled to the highest level of quality and that they are able to meet the stringent regulations and standards that we hold every piece of gear to.

In the assembly area, we build on the strength of the complete MRO team to deliver their activities, from salvage through to the distribution centre, which manages part availability. We thrive on working together with our team of dedicated and highly trained technicians, striving to be the best we can. Our teams take pride in contributing to an ever growing business and supporting the customer in every way.
