About Us

We're an independent family-run business with 6 care homes in Northampton. We provide rehabilitation and support for adults of all ages who have acquired brain injury or learning disabilities.

We support them to live their best lives with a wide range of interesting activities both in the community and the home. Our homes are small (max 25 people) well-staffed and located in Kingsthorpe & Duston.

What it’s like to work for us?

We work as a team, providing a supportive environment for both staff and service users. It's fun and varied. We work hard, but we have a laugh too and some of the service users are amazing.

There is a regular training, which is completed in paid-for hours. The homes are beautiful, spacious and well-kept. We also get to go on day trips and holidays with the service users and are encouraged to suggest new activities for them.
