What it’s like to work for us?
This job is physically demanding , requiring flexible and sometimes irregular hours, and carries considerable responsibility for livestock welfare. Hence our wages are higher than other more traditional manual jobs, to attract and keep new members of staff.
You will be working safely within the strict guidelines of the RSPCA and Red Tractor Assurance Schemes to ensure the job is completed effectively whilst putting animal welfare at the forefront of our operation.
