About Us

We are a social enterprise and we support vulnerable people so that they can 'Live the life they choose'. Mostly we support people with learning disabilities, young people leaving care...though we do lot’s of other great things too. We don't have any complicated mission statements that nobody can understand, or anything like that. Just a clear and simple set of values that we all try to live by every day.

What it’s like to work for us?

No two days are the same. People with learning disabilities can be such fun, You'll be helping them to live more independent lives and to develop and grow. That's very rewarding. One if our values is 'fun' and we have a happiness manifesto so there's no reason to be sad. You can do do a job that you can love.

Support workers for people with learning disabilities in a range of setting including in their homes; day centres; and short breaks.
