About Us

Positive independence offers care and Support for young people who have experienced a breakdown within their family home. We are a very friendly, professional team who work together to bring out the best in each of our young people.

As positive independence continues to successfully grow, you have the opportunity to work alongside our expanding team. We’re looking for creative, empathetic and resilient carers to join our Care team providing excellent care for children with a variety of needs who can present with challenging behaviour.

All of our young people have individual care plans that are designed to meet their needs. Some young people will remain with Positive Independence until they reach adulthood, some will move on to live with family members, foster care or semi-independent living. We strive to keep all of our children connected with their families with the hope of rebuilding their relationships.
