About Us

We are a family run group of children's homes.

We aim to employ energetic, enthusiastic, caring people to look after our young people who have a range of needs, including trauma, attachment disorders and also learning disabilities.

We have 4 homes in Wiltshire, 2 in Chippenham and 2 in Swindon, these homes can vary from 2 children up to 5 children.

We expect the very best for our children.

What it’s like to work for us?

You will support children with everything in their lives from day to day, driving them to school, washing if needed, cooking, shopping, doing activities.

Activities can be anything from shopping or eating out, to taking children on holiday. Our children enjoy a wide range of holidays, including going abroad to Spain and going to Euro Disney.

You will have bonuses for good attendance, and for full occupancy in the home. We also give all staff bonuses for good Ofsted Inspections.

Meals are included for staff, who eat with children.

All homes have good free parking onsite.
