The type of jobs we recruit for?

• EAL Level 2 NVQ Diploma Rail Engineering Track Maintenance.
• 8 Weeks Program.
• 2 Weeks Network Rail PTS AC/DCCR/ OLEC 1/ Track Induction
• 24 learners per course.
• Unemployed, Low Income, Self Employed, Retrain or upskill…..
Full time employment offered after successful completion of the
program.
• Fully Funded Course.

Railway Engineering Program 20th February 2023
Your Level 2 in Rail Engineering will cover a number of units that come
together to build your full NVQ qualification. Example units may be:
• Prepare to undertake duties in the rail industry
• Carry out routine inspection of the Permanent Way infrastructure
• Assist in preparing resources for Permanent Way activities
• Restore Rail Switches and Crossings to operational condition
• Restore plain line track geometry to operational condition
• Prepare work site for Permanent Way engineering activities
• Undertake routine manual maintenance of the Permanent Way
• Carry out corrective manual adjustments to Permanent Way assets.
What you will gain once you complete your NVQ:
• Network Rail Drug and Alcohol Certification
• Network Rail Medical Certification
• Network Rail Sentinel Card with PTS/ AC/DCCR/ OLE1/ Track Induction
competencies.
• First Aid and Manual Handling Certification
• Small tool training
