About Us

The Specialist Support Team –SST- is part of Nottinghamshire County Council's Integrated Childrens Disability Service.

SST provide a range of services aimed at supporting families in caring for their children / young people in their own home or their local community.

The purpose of the service is to support children and young people (aged 0-18) with complex additional needs and their parents/carers to lead the best lives they can by maximising independence and supporting whole family resilience.

The team are very experienced and supportive of new team members and will support you through a full, comprehensive induction and welcome you into service. You will join an amazing team

The type of jobs we recruit for?

We are looking for :

a part time senior practitioner with CQC experience.
2 part time leaders to work across the whole service
10 part time support workers
