About Us

We are Next Step Independence, a private provider of Children's services across the South West of England. We support children and young people aged 8-18, who for whatever reason are unable to live at home with their families by giving them a place they can call home. We do through two types of homes; Registered Children's Homes and Semi-independent Homes.

All our team members receive a detailed induction and fully funded training programme and through on-going training, team members are encouraged to develop and broaden their skills and experience.
