Need 2 Succeed was set up in March 2006 to offer commercial and accredited training, as well as providing services on a range of solutions to support adult learning, specifically to volunteers or those seeking work in the Education, Children & Young People, Social Care and Health & Wellbeing Sectors.What it’s like to work for us?
We are an established accredited centre approved by four major UK awarding bodies (TQUK, BIIAB, SEG Awards and NOCN) with a team of specialist trainers, teachers, and assessors, providing vocational and adult learning courses and short courses. We have recently added over 60 online CPD and accredited qualification courses to our portfolio, some of which are funded.The type of jobs we recruit for?
We currently have opportunities for people looking to get into The Production and Event Management Sector. We are offering a 6-week FREE course and work placement.We are also recruiting for FREE courses in Health & Social Care, ASetting up Your Own Business, Working in Hospitality and Catering and Working with Children & Young People.
