About Us

MyCSP is one of the UK’s leading public sector pension administrators. We’re based across two sites in Liverpool City Centre and Cheadle Hulme and offer hybrid/remote working. MyCSP administers the Civil Service Pension Scheme for over 1.5 million members and, aided by the talent of our employee partners, we have a strong heritage as the provider of a broad portfolio of administration services.

Our deep public and private sector knowledge and experience means we are a unique provider in the field. By investing in the latest technology and business processes, we are also one of the UK’s most efficient providers of outsourced services to both public and private sector organisations. We have an elected Employee Partnership Council which has a seat and full decision-making rights on the Executive Management team. Employee partners (colleagues) are also represented by a Director at Board level.

What it’s like to work for us?

MyCSP is a mutual, 25% owned by its employee partners and the remaining shares owned by our private sector parent company, Equiniti. Being a mutual brings advantages to employee partners in a number of ways.
