About Us

Founded in 2001, Mploy Staffing Solutions is the leading, independent recruitment agency in the South West, founded and built on the hard work of exceptional people, a commitment to service excellence and a deep-rooted entrepreneurial spirit.

For co-founders, Mark Nash, Matt Swift and Daniel Keogh, having all worked in the recruitment industry for a combined number of 68 years prior, they saw a need for a new kind of recruitment agency that could offer a more tailored and bespoke service, which would be more beneficial to clients and candidates than was currently available from the South West region.

17 years on, our temporary placements exceed 1700 per week with a with a 60+ strong team of employees, working from 7 branches across the South West.
