About Us

Mechatronics Engineering Services Ltd (MERL UK) is a registered UK company started approximately three years ago to provide manpower and engineering management services to industry. We work closely with a locally based prestige client in the rail industry and are planning to expand this operation and other opportunities in 2025 to meet growing client requirements.

Our USP is we are a low overhead organisation that recruits and develops young talent with little or no background in engineering but who demonstrate the right attributes and mindsets to become engineers of tomorrow.

The type of jobs we recruit for?

In 2025 we will looking for

3 x "Pressure Washer Operatives", this is a basic role but we will provide opportunities grow and commence hands-on repair and overhaul duties on returning customer equipment .

2 x Electrical Technicians, to support electrical diagnosis and rectification of system faults on train HVAC (air conditioning systems). Applicants will need to be confident in the use of basic hand tools and test equipment. Training and mentoring will be provided for the successful applicants.
