About Us

Liberty Care Limited is dedicated and committed to delivering the highest standards of care in our Supported Living Homes throughout the South Wales valleys. Liberty Care is registered with CIW as a Domiciliary Care Agency to provide services to young adults from the ages of 18 to 65+ with a range of disabilities. We specialise in a wide variety of specific needs including Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Complex Needs, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Challenging Behaviour, Sensory Impairment, Acquired Brain Injury and Physical Disabilities amongst many more which are all tailored specifically to the individual’s needs

What it’s like to work for us?

Liberty Care is a family run business which was started in 2005 with 1 property. Today we have a total of 14 services across the South Wales area. Our staff are at the core of the service we provide and as such we recognise them with development and further training opportunities, with a high level of internal role progression

We value our staffs voice in making Liberty Care a “Great” place to work and contributing towards the ongoing development of the organisation. Having our own on-site Clinical team puts us ahead of other services and helps our staff provide effective care, support and resolutions for our staff
