About Us

Lexrae Support offers a wide range of services including Community Support, Re-Enablement, Supported Living, Homelessness, Residential, Domiciliary, Day Services and Short Breaks for vulnerable adults being discharged from hospital and forensic services.

To ensure best practice across the organisation, our philosophy is that the individuals being supported should be at the centre of the support we provide. We continuously strive to improve the lives of those we support and work with external professionals, inclusive of social services, health and probation to ensure we are able to support progression and inclusion.

Lexrae Support Ethos is to be person centred in everything we do and use active support model of care and engagement. We aspire to be the best we can be. We are thriving to become a Positive Behaviour Organisation (PBO). We have our own specialist in our organisation who provides professional expertise in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). All staff have been trained in PBS and Person Centred approached.

We are a service that is led by professionals with a wealth of qualifications, experience and knowledge in health and social care and forensic support. This experience enables us to cascade this knowledge base to our diverse and adaptable support team to ensure we work in accordance with best practice guidelines, legislative updates, prescribed legal frameworks and that support assessment planning and provision facilitates positive risk taking and personal development where the ethos is about identifying and working with strengths. This is achieved by Lexrae Support philosophy towards promoting growth, responsibility, and independence. We can evidence many successful outcomes that have led to improved independence.
