About Us

La Petite Concierge Limited (LPC Ltd) is a registered member of the Care Quality Commission (CQC). LPC Ltd was established in 2006 and became a domiciliary care company in 2012. Covering Shifnal and surrounding and areas including Staffordshire borders. LPC Ltd provides a highly personal and professional service.

We are an independent company who provide personal, practical, and social support to our Service Users in their own home environment on a one-to-one basis. Our services are designed primarily for elderly persons who are physically frail or housebound. We deliver a one-to-one care service to both private service users and those who are referred by the local health authority.

Our aim is to provide practical support in assisting people to live a fulfilled and happy life; we pride ourselves in delivering the highest standard of care.

What it’s like to work for us?

As a Community Support Worker, no shift or care visit is the same; each day is different to the day before. Some days flow easily, while other’s offer new challenges. But one thing which remains the same; when you sign off for the day you know that you have made a positive difference to someone’s life – and that is a remarkably good feeling!!

It doesn’t matter what your previous/current employment is, what age you are, or at what stage of life you’re at ……what is important is that you have the desire and drive to make a difference to someone’s life.

You do not need to have previous care experience, our robust training team will teach you all you need to know, all we ask for is a can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
