At Kisimul we support individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

The people we care for are unique, amazing individuals. To help them lead more fulfilling lives, we’ve recently introduced a brand new Meaningful Life model of care, support and education that focuses on the meaningful outcomes that can occur when young people have the opportunity to develop strong connections with their carers.

What it’s like to work for us?

Your initial training will ensure you have the skills and qualifications to deliver nationally recognised standards of care. After this, you’ll have countless opportunities to develop your knowledge in a range of specific and specialist areas, such as trauma-informed care or emotional coaching, that are essential for a career supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

Some of our training is therapeutically based and some educationally based. However, all of it is designed to accelerate your professional development and enhance your ability to make meaningful differences to young people’s lives.
