About Us

JMR Healthcare Ltd was originally founded in 2020 by our Managing Director James Melton-Royal. Initially just himself, James provided his extensive experience and skill-set to care providers across the county and soon made an impression. With demands on the business from clients mounting high, JMR set out to implement a stringent recruitment process to ensure JMR staff are intrinsically aligned with the Ethos and Culture embedded by our founding values. Today, JMR healthcare has over 150 employees working throughout Norfolk and Suffolk to support Care Providers with their staffing needs. JMR Healthcare also provides residential services for Children and Adults making transitions out of secure services into the community.

The type of jobs we recruit for?

JMR healthcare is an exciting specialist staffing agency, providing the best staff to care providers across Norfolk, Suffolk & Cambridgeshire. We currently recruit for both Agency Support Workers to support services specialising in Learning Difficulties and Mental Health, as well as Crisis Support Workers to support our crisis packages. On top of this, we also look for experienced staff to help support our Residential Home in Norfolk.
