The type of jobs we recruit for?
Personal Assistant to IFATo supply administrative support to a financial adviser. You will be working closely with them to organise their diary and assist on preparing the files required for client meetings. You will engage with clients and encourage the adviser to meet targets helping to manage their cases from beginning to end.
Trainee Financial Adviser
A programme to build up the practical background knowledge necessary to become an effective independent financial adviser. After training as an administrator supplying support to a financial adviser you will look to attain advisory skills, through enhanced product and investment proposition training with fund managers, fact finding, questioning skills, cashflow planning, and shadowing client meetings. For those successful after their 12th week probation, an exam timetable for attaining relevant qualifications for the advisory role will be put into action.
