About Ideal Carehomes
Ideal Carehomes provides 24 hour residential and dementia care, with an inclusive fee offer, in newly built, state-of-the-art homes across Yorkshire, the North West and Midlands. All our care homes benefit from the support of Ideal Carehomes' experienced team who make sure we attract and retain the best staff, offering extensive induction training and on-going learning to ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care.


We pride ourselves in making a real difference to the lives of our residents, going beyond just meeting their expectations through the aspirational choices we provide in our person-centred care.

Ideal Carehomes industry leading Ideal Academy is there to guide our teams through their career with us. From honing current skills or providing them with new ones, the Academy is there to individualise personal development pathways.

We offer our staff a full range of external and internal training, from in-depth inductions, buddy and mentor plans to support new starters through those first few months and beyond, apprenticeships, distance learning, specialist training and much, much more: we are here to guide you in your learning and development.
