Within HSBC Commercial Banking the Business Client Services Team are responsible for servicing 30,000 business customers ranging from Small Business Banking through to Large Corporate each week.

Business Client Services is based at Matrix One in Swansea Enterprise Park and we recruit on a Hybrid basis meaning 60% of your working week would be spent in the office.

The type of jobs we recruit for?

The role we are recruiting for is a Commercial Customer Specialist based within our faced paced and dynamic Swansea Business Client Services Team.

This is a telephony-based role which involves supporting our Commercial Banking Customers with their everyday banking queries. This will be done through building strong relationships, listening to their needs, delivering solutions and educating them around our self-serve channels to maximise their business growth which supports us in achieving our business strategy.

In addition to delivering the above we have a duty of care to support our most vulnerable customers by having proactive conversations to understand the support and adjustments they may require.
