At Horizon, we believe that each young person is unique and should be enabled to feel confident about their future, no matter what they have been through in life. We enable young people, aged 5-24, to fulfil their potential and shape their own futures through therapeutic care, support and education. We provide safe and nurturing home environments, innovative and inspiring schools and support and opportunities so that young people can get the positive start in life that they deserve. The type of jobs we recruit for?

If you’re passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people and enabling them to shape their own future, then we want you to be part of our team. We recruit for residential children’s care workers and home managers, as well as teaching staff and assistants, and transitional support workers. Whilst we’re always keen to hear from experienced and qualified candidates, for some of our roles, no experience is needed. For the right candidates who have passion and desire to make a difference to children and young people, then we will support you in your career journey with the necessary training and qualifications. It can be challenging work, but it is very rewarding. This is more than just a job, and there’s no greater sense of accomplishment than knowing you’ve helped young people have the skills and confidence to shape their own lives.
