The type of jobs we recruit for?

At Gressingham we offer a range of vacancies. Within our factory we recruit for Production, Hygiene and Dispatch Operatives. Our Production Team ensures customers' requirements are met to a high quality standard, full training is provided so no experience is necessary.

We also recruit for Farm Workers, temporary or permanent. Farm Workers maintain and improve the highest welfare standards, ensuring all of the poultry daily needs are looked after including feed, water, straw, ventilation and movement. They also assist with general Farm duties e.g. Duck Catching, Muck Removal and Pressure Washing.
