About Us

At Glassmoon Services we provide 24 hour supported living and complex outreach services. We offer choice and independence for the people we support and support them to be part of the community.

The people we support inspire us, as they bring purpose and meaning to our daily work. To be able to support someone to live their best life in the community and be part of their story, is key to everything we do.

We can’t always change the world, but we can change the world for someone, in the work we do in Glassmoon Services.

We commit to making a positive social impact on the people we support, their families, those we work with, and others in the wider community.

We are invested in supporting our colleagues to progress in their roles and careers. To help us with this we have created a bespoke programme of lifelong learning, called Dare to Care.
