About Us

Footsteps to Futures provides therapeutic living environments and support for young people across Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire.

We currently have 4 homes, expanding to 6 homes in early 2025 and support vulnerable young people between the ages of 7 and 18 years what have experienced adverse childhood trauma.

We have an experienced team in our homes and head office to ensure the needs of our young people are met and we achieve positive outcomes. By providing relevant in-house training, qualifications and support our staff are confident in carrying out their role and know there is room for career progression.

The type of jobs we recruit for?

We recruit full time, permanent staff as Residential Care Workers and Senior Residential Care Workers.
