Evolve East Anglia CIC works with adults effected by mental illness and mental health disorders. Evolve applies a person-centered approach, within a psychologically informed environment (PIE). We provide support both within staffed supported living schemes and within the community (outreach). Regular reflective group supervision is facilitated by a psychologist. Staff development and training is key to our success. An increase in demand for our services requires significant growth across the organisation and we therefore need to recruit high caliber staff to complement the existing team.

Post – Supported Living Scheme Coordinator
Office base - Norwich, Norfolk

Evolve East Anglia CIC wishes to recruit a person with the skills and experience necessary to co-ordinate the day to day running of one of Evolve's supported living schemes, and provide leadership to the team of mental health support workers.

The successful applicant will have experience of working in mental health and have either supervisory experience or be ready to take on first level management responsibilities.

Hours - 37.5 hours per week (part time and job share applications will be considered).
Salary - £26,000-£31,000 depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.

For exceptional candidates (£31, 000 - £38,000). Exceptional candidates need to be able to work strategically and support the directors with service development across the organisation. For the right candidates there will opportunities for substantial career development.

The nature of the work will require the postholder to maintain good oversight of day-to-day practice therefore some unsocial hours will be necessary, as will some sleep-ins (an extra allowance is paid for sleep-ins undertaken).

Post – Mental Health Support Workers x3 (supported living schemes & outreach)
Office base - Norwich, Norfolk
Hours – Full time is 37.5 hours per week (part time and job share applications will be considered)
Salary - £20,000-£29,000 depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.

Evolve is recruiting skilled, experienced, and highly motivated practitioners to join the team. Mental health support workers, work with both Service users who live in one of our schemes and with service users living in their own accommodation (outreach). The proportion of work will vary depending on the scheme, the needs of service user and skills and experience of staff. All mental health support workers are allocated outreach cases. The nature of the work requires some additional sleep-in duties, (subject to extra payment) as well as some unsociable hours including evenings and weekends, depending on the specific scheme, eg one scheme is staffed from 9am-5pm, one is 24/7.

The successful candidates will be working with vulnerable adults and therefore the post is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.

Post - PA to the directors.
Office base - Norwich, Norfolk
Hours - c. 25 hours per week (negotiable for right candidate)
Salary - up to £28,000 pro rata dependent on skills, knowledge and experience.
