About Us

At Equal Education Partners we work with schools, FE colleges, governments, universities and edtech companies to address complex challenges. We strive to improve talent attraction & retention, address attainment gaps through impactful tutoring, widen access to higher education, and advance STEM education.

We recruit for multiple education roles for organisations across Wales and England and pride ourselves on our ability to also provide free professional learning and development courses to all of our staff as well as first-class support from our experienced recruitment team.
