About Us

Education People is a specialist independent education recruitment agency. We have day-to-day, long-term and permanent roles available working within a wide variety of schools and other education settings.

Established in 2008, we have built strong relationships with the nurseries, Primary, Secondary and SEN Schools we work with. Proud to partner with schools, teachers, and support staff across the South West. Our heartland is the West Country working across Bristol, BANES, Somerset, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire, Swindon, Devon, Oxford, and Wiltshire.

Based in Bristol, our knowledgeable and friendly team are passionate about the sector. Through providing a dedicated and personal service, we pride ourselves on the strong relationships that we’ve cultivated with candidates and schools alike.

The type of jobs we recruit for?

We recruit Primary Teachers, Secondary Teachers, Teaching Assistants, SEN Teaching Assistants, and Nursery Assistants. We also have a volunteering programme available, for those passionate about working in education, but with little previous experience.
