About Us

Rated OUTSTANDING with The Care Quality Commission, Consummate Care is a family owned business and has provided Supported Living services to people with learning disabilities in Northamptonshire since 2003. We are extremely successful in helping people to live fulfilling, independent lives. We have had great success in providing high levels of support to people, including those with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

What it’s like to work for us?

We believe that supporting people with additional needs is as much about matching personalities and skills as well as commitment and professionalism. The individual’s experience must always be central to the thinking of every Support Worker. You do not necessarily need to have experience in care to work with us however, you must have the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We are an equal opportunities employer and each application will be viewed in the best interest of the people we support.

We offer competitive rates of pay and always endeavour to ensure our hourly rates reflect the calibre of staff we have. As a company we realise that training, supervision and team meetings often fall on team members own personal time so we ensure that staff are paid for these. We are passionate about career progression and support our staff to develop both personally and professionally.

Our contracts range from bank and part time with the majority of them being 37 hour, permanent contracts. This is successful due to the strong and supportive nature of our teams, which allows for holiday, sickness and contingency cover whilst ensuring working with us does not impact your home and family life. Benefits include: Paid DBS, Paid Training, Refer a Friend Scheme, Healthcare Scheme, Wellbeing and Engagement Support, Bike to Work Scheme.

The type of jobs we recruit for?

We have fantastic opportunities for Support Workers, Key Workers and Team Leaders to join our teams across the Northampton and Kettering areas.
