About Us

Carrick Home Services is a well-respected, family owned and run Care at Home Provider based in North East Edinburgh, with a friendly and supportive management team.

We offer excellent rates of pay and are looking for people who can work at our busiest times which are weekdays (08.00-16.00), evenings (16.00-22.00) and weekends (08.00 – 22.00).

Areas Covered: Mountcastle, Duddingston, Piershill, Restalrig, Craigentinny, Joppa, Portobello, Abbeyhill, Meadowbank and Leith

This job role consists of:

Assisting vulnerable and elderly clients in their own homes with their daily life i.e. personal care, medication, meal preparation, general domestic support, companionship.
Building strong working relationships with your clients and fellow colleagues.
Supporting clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care and person led care.
Recording and reporting daily visit information on our care app

What we have to offer:

Top rates of pay: Days (08.00-18.00) £11.50ph, Evenings (18.00-22.00) £12.50ph, Weekends (08.00-22.00) £13.00ph
Pension and mileage allowance (45p/mile)
