About Us

Careers Wales provides a free, bilingual, inclusive and impartial all-age careers service for the people of Wales. Our support starts in primary school where we assist in the delivery of the Curriculum for Wales to help facilitate new careers and work-related experiences (CWRE) and engage with teachers, parents and carers.

We continue our support services into secondary school and further education (FE) colleges to help with educational attainment and achievements and help in building ambitious, capable individuals who are ready to learn and lead fulfilling lives as valued members of society.

Young people and adults aged 16+ are supported through our Working Wales service, with personalised careers guidance and coaching to help individuals overcome any barriers to gaining employment. Offering training opportunities and building the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to get a job and progress or change career.
