Busy Bees are the UK’s leading childcare provider. We were founded by two families over 30 years ago with the clear vision to give our children the best start in life. To this day, these values are at the heart of everything we do. We have a clear vision, to give children the best start in life.

What it’s like to work for us?

At Busy Bees, each Nursery feels like its own little family, but with the benefit of many other departments to support our provision of top-quality early years education. We can only achieve this through our amazing team of dedicated and enthusiastic people who deliver this vision every day. We celebrate the diversity and potential of all our people. The type of jobs we recruit for?

Early Years Educators, Teachers and Practitioners (qualified and unqualified) across the UK, as well as welcoming those who wish to qualify with us via our Apprenticeship schemes. In addition, Chefs & Assistant Chefs to work in each of our nurseries' kitchens providing NHS-approved nutritious meals to our children; and Housekeepers to ensure each nursery is a safe and beautifully presented environment for the children.
