About Us

OUR PURPOSE;

Disadvantaged young people deserve the chance of a better future. Brighter Futures delivers a holistic programme - Creating Life Chances (CLC) - that will provide:

Vocational skills training in Catering and hospitality & The Care sector.

Employment opportunities to disadvantaged & vulnerable young people (16-24), including Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME)

Our vocational and employability skills training, leading to work placements and employment opportunities.

The Creating Life Chances training programme is different to most employability programmes, we engage with employers in both sectors to find out what the barriers are to employing young people and what soft skills they require before they employ them. We them then put together a 3 day training programme, recruit potential candidates who are looking for work in either sector, then provide them with the training, a weeks work placement, guaranteed interview and a potential job offer.
