We are a nationwide employment agency based in Crawley, West Sussex. Bluestar Resourcing was founded by a Registered General Nurse in 2014, who worked in a variety of settings, and whose greatest passion developed in Nursing Homes, during the provision of care to clients. We thrive to be the best recruitment agency with our proven track record of success in creating opportunities and supply of both permanent and temporary staff. Bluestar Resourcing is directed by highly skilled and clinically experienced nurses. Our team selects candidates specific to the needs of our clients and ensures national standards are met through rigorous screening, inhouse accredited training and working closely alongside our candidates and clients. You manage your work rota so you only work the days/nights you want to and you can you work as little or as often as you want to as you have complete control. We even provide transport to and from work for any non drivers to ensure we recruit the very best with no restrictions.
